*To £80,000 + amazing bens *Knightsbridge / Chelsea *Frequent travel throughout UK and Eire *Revolutionary Skincare / Cosmetics company - huge celebrity following This Head of UK Retail opportunity reports directly to the CEO / Founder and has overall responsibility for the development of the UK and Eire business across all areas. You will take full responsibility for developing and managing the Retail Sales Team and ensuring wholesale and retail targets are achieved. This dynamic role would suit a highly talented and ambitious senior Retail professional with an understanding of the Beauty and Cosmetics industry, relationships with luxury retailers such as Harrods, Selfridges etc and in-depth experience of in-store retail, wholesale, business development, P&L and budgets. You will have the proven ability to budget, focus on ROI and demonstrate commercial-thinking regarding decision making and training strategy.
