Digital Account Manager – Richmond upon Thames - £35k - £40k

Are you an experienced pure play Digital Account Manager?  Do you want to make a real difference working across a number of clients on various digital pieces of business?

You will have worked on significant design and build projects, have an understanding of web strategy, produced digital projects, managed client and internal relationships and have a good knowledge of digital technology.  You will be someone who can ‘own’ and manage the project, the project planning and ideally also have experience of search engine marketing, email marketing / eCRM and social media.

Due to the diverse nature of the work you will have the opportunity to work closely with Production (Solution architecture and UX; Resourcing; Design; Development; Technical); Support (Search; SEO; PPC; Strategy and planning)

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Representing the company to the best of your ability
  • Developing and maintaining mutually rewarding client relationships to assist future business development
  • Developing well written considered briefs for internal design and search teams as well as accurate requirement captures for production team and brief projects into production clearly and succinctly
  • Presenting briefs for sign off to client and internal teams
  • Taking responsibility and ownership for allocated projects in terms of budget allocation, quality and delivery
  • Managing project plans / timelines and being proactive to client needs
  • Maintaining account documentation in coherent and structured manner on internal network
  • Successful processing of client requirements through internal systems
  • Monitoring progress of activity and making recommendations for modifications where appropriate including providing updates to Client Services Director
  • Monitoring competitor activity and reporting to client and Client Services Director
  • Assisting with forecasting and financial management of account to ensure all client activity is invoiced in a timely manner
  • Possible management and development of Account Executive/Intern resource
