The thetopjobshop.com Candidate service also acts as a CV distributor. By partnering with selected job websites, theTopjobshop.com distributes your CV to our partners who use the information with a view to finding you employment. Thetopjobshop.com will only ever use your details for reasons connected to this service and will never pass on your details to third parties outside of our client base. CVs & Personal Details

As a career management tool theTopJobShop.com allows you to upload your CV into the database where it will be stored.

You may store your CV in our database, but not allow it to be searchable. Not allowing your CV to be searchable means that you can use it to apply for a job online, but employers and recruiters will not have access to search it through our CV database product.

You can also store it in our database and allow it to be searchable. If you allow your resume to be searchable, then all employers and recruiters who pay for access to our CV database product will have access to your CV. However, we are not responsible if some other third party, such as someone posing as the aforementioned and paying for the service, evades security measures and gains access to the database, and, subsequently, your CV.

You may remove your CV from our searchable database at any time. However, recruiters who have paid for access to the database may have retained a copy of your CV in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of your CV in these instances.

By registering, you are added to our Jobs by Email database and will receive details of vacancies added to the website based upon the criteria you enter into the registration form. You will receive one email per day, per week or per month depending on whether you turn the service on or off, if there are vacancies matching your job search criteria.

To stop receiving Jobs by Email, log on to the website and click on the green tick next to Jobs by Email under the section called My Options.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes here to inform our customers how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone.
